Q: How long will it take to get my cymbal(s)?
A: Lead time on most orders is approximately six to eight weeks to ship once your payment has been received. If materials are in stock and workload allows, items may ship much earlier than that. Very occasionally, in the case of a very large order, or if special materials are needed, additional lead time may be added. In this case you will be contacted ASAP via email.
Q: Do you take deposits or offer alternative payment options?
A: While we do not take deposits on orders, we do offer flexible payment plans through Affirm's Shop-Pay installment plans. These options are available at checkout. Rates from 0%-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments, are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Q: What are Mongiello Cymbals made out of?
A: All of our cymbals are made from the highest quality Turkish B20 bronze available.
Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the carrier you choose.
Q: Can you change or alter any of the cymbals on the website?
A: Yes! All of our cymbals are completely customizable. To alter one of our production models, or to start a custom project from scratch, simply email mongiellocymbals@gmail.com and let us know what we can do for you!
Q: Can I get an endorsement?
